    • Review proposition and marketing messages and tailor to needs of ideal client and your ability to deliver
    • Produce 12 month rolling plan which includes time-lines, budgets, responsibilities and key performance indicators

Recession marketing brainstorm

One day brainstorming session with your top team following a structured agenda

  • Guaranteed to find at least 10 ways for you to increase your business leads, convert more of them and increase the average value of each sale.
  • This year is all about survival - and there are some real opportunities out there as it's most definitely not all doom and gloom. There is a lot that businesses can be doing for themselves - marketing basics that get forgotten when we are all busy, but that are vital to keeping the machine rolling - and that involve the whole team.

    • At the end of a day’s session, the aim is to have a detailed 'recession plan' - much of which you will be able to implement yourselves.   • Who are your competitors and what are they promising? How is this influencing your potential customers and what impact is this having on sales?
  • Service:
    • An intense and structured approach to getting this information and using it to your advantage.
    • A real understanding of who you are up against - and how you can beat them
    • Analysis of how three competitors are selling to their customers and how successful they are
    • Based on desk research, analysis of company accounts where available, mystery shopping phone calls if appropriate.
