With no tangible 'product' on offer and literally hundreds of competitors, establishing 'differentiation' and developing new and existing client relationships was critical to business growth.

- The ID can be seen across its range of stationery, a flexible folder pack and extensive practice signage, giving out a strong and coherent message.
- Newsletter – over the last 15 years, the Wise & Co newsletter has proved critical to its ongoing marketing and client relationship management. Its refreshing new look reflects the practice's unique personality and skills.
- Web development - the website (http://www.wiseandco.co.uk) now has a complete new look and structure, with interactive elements such as car tax calculators and a pay check facility as well as plenty of sound financial advice for visitors. It has been designed to change on a regular basis to maintain visitor interest.
