We aim to give value for money and are always clear and concise about costs. Our 'fixed price' policy is intended to give the client confidence about what they are buying and what it will cost. Where our work exceeds the original brief, we will always advise the client in advance if further costs are to be incurred

Vanessa is a 'bigger picture' person and has particular skills in planning and communications management. Having started the business in 1988, she qualifies as the longest serving team member — but only just! Her passion for all things — her cats, singing and theatre, working out, her sports charity and, of course, the business — reflects her approach to life. Giving 100% to everything, all of the time, is just the way life is!

Having been with the business since 1992, running the editorial team and being our quality and service guru, Mary now runs many of our client projects and enjopys being part of the client's team. Her other 'full time job' involves keeping her Geordie husband in line and being mum to growing daughters Katie and Bethany.

Alison has worked in Public Relations (PR) all her career working both agency and client side. Initially specialising in technology, her career took her from London to Singapore to New York. Her last port of call being J. Walter Thompson, the advertising giants, in New York. Since her return to the UK, family commitments - triplet daughters! - have meant she prefers to work locally and hence CProject clients benefit from her global expertise without having to travel far!

Neil is just one of those people you'd always pick for your team — an all-round 'seriously nice bloke'. And he's pretty damned good at designing too, with tremendous web design skills — he's also our Flash specialist — as well as being superb at pulling together our multi-faceted client corporate design programmes. A bit of a fan of Guinness, which we assume is the source of his inspiration! He works with partner web solutions company, Kyanmedia.

Former CProject Creative Director, Gavin is now our technical consultant for WebActive, and works with partner web solutions company, Kyanmedia. He has been pre-eminent in our development into web technology and brings a useful combination of high creativity with practical technical skills. His desk is a testament to 'boys' toys' and the latest techno gadgets are never far from reach!
